Having worked together for over 15 years, and with over 40 years experience between them, Ricky Neault and Paul Ray have developed a unique partnership. Previously, they’ve helped grow a company from an independent start-up, to FTSE buyout, to an incredibly successful agency within one of the UK’s biggest marketing groups. There’s not really a sector they haven’t worked in and they have led the strategy and creative for some of the biggest names in the UK. Both love brands and they bring this passion together with their problem-solving skills to create special work for clients.
